Did you release a product that didn't get customers, or how were you unsuccessful?

  Had some customers. But never got that hockey-stick growth all VCs want. And you're always competing with the big boys, Quickbooks, Netsuite, etc... It's a constant arms race to add more features, more integrations, etc... A lot of customer support because your customers rely on you to run their business. I enjoyed it, but it's a tough nut to crack.
