This can apply up the chain of command as well as down: managing expectations, working within the limitations of an individual's world-view and dealing with the tantrums are all areas where in the past i've found applying the experience of dealing with a toddler to the 'management' of a boss :-)
- skowmunk 16y agoHaving seen my mom and sis manage my niece, I completely agree, toddler management can lead to good boss management skills :)
