Agreed, I have no idea where my vaccine records are from 10+ years ago.
- agumonkey 9y agoAnd often lots of time and energy is wasted (on patients and doctors) onto restoring context. I can see that when they access your file on their computer. 5 minutes of catching up, with potential errors or mistakes.
