Are you saying non males don't have confidence and can't fake it until they make it?
- DeltaCoast 9y agoI think they may be referencing a confidence gap[1]. 'Fake until you make it' seems like it's referring to imposters syndrome[2]. I haven't found any evidence that it's more prevalent in women than men.
