Will EU do this though? Seems strange to allow UK both to be in and out of the EU at the same time.
- osullivj 9y agoThere are 3.2M EU citizens in the UK, and 1.2M UK citizens in the EU. So it makes sense for the EU27 to offer reciprocity.
