From the post, seems like they want to try a technological solution for v2. There are some benefits that make that attractive. I'm guessing the main reason is that this way they don't need a lot of humans to manually review every site for compliance.
- thisisit 9y agoManual review is the 2nd step of the process. First they need to add it in their ToS before anyone can be reviewed for compliance. I am sure they might have their reasons for not doing it but their response currently is rather insincere about handling this issue.
