The reason being sexual orientation is a protected class. "Belief in white supremacy" is not.
- eropple 9y agoIANAL, but my understanding is that there are venues of business and association where sexual orientation is protected (housing, employment, etc.) but that it is not a protected class in the same sense as race. I could be mistaken.
