- johan_larson 9y agoIt doesn't have to be about a female leader. It can be about a grand old company that has fallen on hard times and whose board ponies up big bux to attract a promising young CEO. Unfortunately the promising young CEO can't deliver a return to the glory days, so the second best is a carefully negotiated sale.
