  You know what happens if you give up your lunch money to a bully once? Maybe better in the long run to not be seen as an easy mark, even if it causes some short term pain.

      No, I'm suggesting perhaps Google's attorneys understand the general principal of the undesirability of apparent weakness while being cash rich.
