I don't want to look. Can someone describe a little bit... not too graphic... (I've been mostly vego for over a decade and definately have lapses, and I drink milk often... but often I think about going totally vego.... it's not always easy with the way food is promoted in our lives)

Calves and cows being kicked in the head, stabbed with pitch forks, beaten with a crowbar, and other brutalities. And it's actually worse than it sounds.
