- navalsaini 10y agoHe is saying that the company needs to tell their people to fix the process and do what they are paid for. Not offload it entirely to the applicant. Maybe just open separate channels for people who have an open source portfolio. I have about 30 repos in my OSS, but still have to take these assignments. Its such an utter waste of my time.
