Also, California has their own database that includes all crashes in the state down to crash/victim level: http://iswitrs.chp.ca.gov/Reports/jsp/userLogin.jsp http://iswitrs.chp.ca.gov/Reports/jsp/userLogin.jsp (You have to create a free account)
