Every contract is full of so much garbage that you could argue over that if you actually did so, then: - you'd frustrate the other party and eventually they'd hire someone else, or stop working with you in the future - you'd spend large amounts of your own time, or worse, money for a lawyer - you drain your own psychic energy on that instead of doing programming or whatever is it that you do
