This guy is insane. Why would you solve a problem with
more legislation, when it can be solved with legislation already in place or by removing existing legislation.
First, we could actually deport Illegals that are already picked up by local police. We don't actually do that now.
We could also modify the Constitution and get rid of the anchor baby clause.
Why does everyone jump at giving our government more power over us to solve problems like this?
- hga 16y agoI recently stumbled upon what looks like an obvious interpretation of the 14th Amendment that would not require a Constitutional change to solve the anchor baby problem. I can probably dig it up if you care.
- elidourado 16y agoWe could do those things, but we could also just let people in if they want to come to the US to improve their lives. I totally agree that the guy is insane.
