I take 6000IU per day. The combination of living in the midwest and working indoors all the time is detrimental, and so vitamin D has become an important part of my supplementation regimen.
- nilved 10y agoYou know better than me, but are you sure that's a healthy dose? The recommended daily intake is a magnitude less, and vitamin D is fat soluble, meaning you can overdose on it.
