Well...unless all you care about is $$$.
- goodplay 10y agoMorality does not make sense in the absence of common principles. I personally consider IP to be morally deplorable because it encourages rent-seeking; companies can stop innovating and use law to thwart competitors. I bet the lack of IP is what will give china and other countries the edge in the long run.
- big_youth 10y agoChina uses IP laws to their advantage all the time, here is a story where apple lost the case to a small phone company. - grobaru 10y agoAre you seriously stating me the obvious that stealing without punishment can give 1 party an edge over the other one ? Hello.. And that's the thing. I would not want to start a business in China just to see it destroyed in an unfair battle.
