  "Only" $15B for this part, but they still face Clean Air Act penalties and another 80,000 vehicles with larger engines that aren't a part of this deal.

    In the U.S. alone. And I think they only set aside $18B for the entire scandal.

      Their biggest problem is by far the US because the emissions standards are much higher in the US. But yes, they are going to need more cash.
