It's a design problem (industrial design) and the case is a temporary workaround at best. Funny, I have the same issue now, a few years after I got it (as a company gift, I wouldn't have bought it), I wonder how many apple TVs that are 4-5 year old are still working. But again you are blaming the client for mistakes that are solely in the hands of apple. I agree with you on the other points and personally, the only apple thing I have (apart from the apple TV, as I said, not my idea) is a rMBP that is 4 years old and still works flawlessly. I stand with you on things that are his/her opinion. But faults in manufacturing being passed as client's stupidity?
