I'm not saying that you should ignore this data or not release early. I have though, have seen customers be very wrong. I'd say they tend to see only short term goals, not long term. At worst, your product will become a design by committee disaster.
- wmorein 19y agoCustomers should be used to identify problems to solve. The solution should be yours -- they don't understand the right way to design.
- edw519 19y agoAbsolutely! Sorry if I inferred otherwise. The number one thing I've said to customers over the years, "Give me the WHAT; I'll figure out the HOW."
