  My signing bonus was $10k/$10k, so I can compare that. Stock wise, I think it was like 3000 shares, which at the time were going for $30-ish. Don't fully recall. Not still at Amazon. When I left, I thought I had it good, with total comp peaking just a hair over $200k. And then I went and got multiple job offers that put my BASE at $250k. So, yeah.
