Under the U.S. Constitution, all foreign treaties must be ratified by the Senate. This will carry the full weight of the law.
- izacus 11y agoAnd we've seen that US laws aren't worth the paper they're printed on when it comes to curbing the mass surveilance apparatus. Leaving the policing of their own hungry three-letter agencies to the US is a laughable proposal.
