I don't think any "physical web" scanners do right now unfortunately, for example https://github.com/dermike/physical-web-scan https://github.com/dermike/physical-web-scan (or search for mobile apps called "physical web"). This completely banjaxed my attempt to make an all front end internet beacon recently.
