Counterpoint: my mac stopped seeing my iPhone. There was no advice on the internet on how to fix it. I'm completely lost at what to do. I can't upgrade the phone's software, and can't load new songs, I can't backup my phone :-(
- cpr 17y agoGo to Apple's support forum for iPhone and detail your problem. You'll get plenty of help there. (Of course, first scan the forum for similar problems and use the given advice.)
- jesnell 17y agoHappened to me a month ago. There was in fact a lot of information on the net on how to fix it, but none of the suggestions worked. In the end only a full reinstall of OS X (done for unrelated reasons) fixed it for me.
