I find this viewpoint surprising, given the problems with arbitration pointed out in the article.
What are your reasons for preferring arbitration? Are the courts in Brazil that corrupt? If so, how would arbitration be better?
- fiatjaf 11y agoThey are very very slow, both in judging and in executing decisions, and at the same time consume a huge bunch of State money. They are probably corrupt as well.
