I was stationed there for some years and when we were in port the Japanese workers on the base would all line up outside their offices, sometimes turn on a little workout music, and one or two would lead in stretching and movement exercises. I'm sure they saw all the sailors looking and some laughing, but I think the joke was on us, ha!
