Do you mean "not actually guilty even though they were found guilty" or do we put people on sex offender registries without due process?
- ploxiln 11y agoI was wrong about that. I thought there were cases where accusation + not (yet) being proved innocent was enough to get on the list. But a look at wikipedia shows that some kind of conviction or guilty plea is always involved.
