  "The research is clear: beyond ~40–50 hours per week, the marginal returns from additional work decrease rapidly and quickly become negative." I know this is an established fact for blue collar jobs, but I haven't seen similar research looking at white collar jobs. (Not doubting it's that different, just curious)
