It's not longer being worked on, and forked at https://github.com/mattr-/slate https://github.com/mattr-/slate But honestly I switched to Hammerspoon and with some searching/learning lua/copy-pasting have the same functionality, and it's even more extendable. If you can describe what you want to do with the windows/current app/whatever, you can probably write it in lua.
